Combining modalities amplifies results—but timing matters.


Ideal Order

  1. Sauna (heat stress)
  2. Cold plunge (reset)
  3. Red light (repair)

Why This Works

  • Heat → vasodilation
  • Cold → vasoconstriction
  • Light → cellular repair

Avoid Overdoing It

  • Limit full stack to 3–4x per week
  • Keep sessions controlled

Beginner Stack

  • Sauna → cold (optional)
  • Add red light on separate days
