At Thrive Supply, we partner with leading wellness manufacturers to ship products directly from their facilities whenever possible. As an authorized dealer, fulfillment, shipping methods, and delivery timelines may vary by Brand Partner. This policy outlines our general shipping practices. Where a manufacturer's shipping policy differs and is disclosed before purchase, that policy will govern for the applicable product.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally transmitted to the applicable Brand Partner after payment authorization. Processing times vary by manufacturer but typically range from 1–5 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, supply chain disruptions, or periods of unusually high demand.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping methods are selected by the Brand Partner based on the product, destination, and carrier availability. Products may ship via standard parcel carriers, LTL freight carriers, or white-glove delivery services. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Freight & White-Glove Deliveries

Large items such as saunas, cold plunges, and recovery equipment may require freight or white-glove delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible. Additional carrier fees for missed appointments, storage, re-delivery, lift-gate service, remote delivery, or address corrections may be the customer's responsibility where applicable.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted. Some manufacturers may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable shipping charges, surcharges, or delivery service fees will be disclosed before your order is finalized whenever possible.

5. Shipping Locations

Most products are available for shipment within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations may be limited or unavailable depending on the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges associated with international shipments.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking information will generally be provided by email once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier. Tracking updates may not appear immediately and may take up to 24 hours or longer to become active.

7. Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery. For freight shipments, visible damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. Photographs of damaged packaging and products should be retained to assist with freight or manufacturer claims.

8. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

While we work closely with our Brand Partners and carriers, Thrive Supply is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, customs processing, manufacturer backorders, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If a shipment appears delayed or lost, customers should first contact the carrier and then contact Thrive Supply if additional assistance is needed.

9. Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss and title transfer in accordance with the applicable shipping terms once the product has been delivered to the carrier or as otherwise provided by the manufacturer or carrier.
