Because many of the products we sell are fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or an authorized distributor, warranty coverage is generally provided by the product manufacturer rather than Thrive Supply. Please review the information below regarding warranty coverage.

1. Manufacturer Warranties

Most products sold by Thrive Supply include a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, coverage periods, exclusions, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and product. Where available, warranty information is provided on the product page, within the product documentation, or on the manufacturer's website.

2. Thrive Supply's Role

Thrive Supply is an authorized dealer for many of the brands we offer but is generally not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Thrive Supply does not provide an independent warranty beyond any warranty offered by the manufacturer.

3. Warranty Claims

If you believe your product is covered under a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly using the contact information included with your product whenever possible. If you need assistance locating warranty information or initiating a claim, Thrive Supply is happy to help connect you with the appropriate manufacturer.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Manufacturer warranties commonly exclude normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, abuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modifications, commercial use (where consumer products are intended for residential use), and damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. Please refer to your manufacturer's warranty for complete exclusions.

5. Shipping Damage

Damage that occurs during shipping is generally handled separately from warranty claims. If your product arrives damaged, please notify the manufacturer or Thrive Supply as soon as possible after delivery and retain all packaging materials and photographs to assist with the claims process.

6. Product Registration

Some manufacturers require or recommend product registration to activate or simplify warranty coverage. Customers are responsible for completing any required product registration unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

7. No Warranty Extension

Unless specifically advertised in writing, Thrive Supply does not offer extended warranties, service contracts, or additional warranty coverage beyond that provided by the product manufacturer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive Supply shall not be liable for warranty determinations made by manufacturers, warranty claim denials, delays in warranty service, replacement part availability, labor charges, incidental damages, or consequential damages arising from a manufacturer's warranty program.
