Yes. Whenever you purchase directly through Thrive Supply, you're purchasing from an authorized dealer for that Brand Partner.

Why do some products send me to another website?

Some products are offered by trusted Affiliate Partners. Those purchases are completed directly with the partner, and their policies apply.



Can I contact you before ordering?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Most products ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping outside the contiguous U.S. varies by Brand Partner.



How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Delivery time depends on the manufacturer and carrier.



How do I track my order?

You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.



Do oversized products ship differently?

Yes. Freight deliveries may require scheduled appointments and curbside delivery.



Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Can I return my purchase?

Partner's policy.



Who pays return shipping?

What if my product arrives damaged?

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the Brand Partner, and we'll gladly assist with the process.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Some products may qualify through Truemed or another approved eligibility provider.



Is approval guaranteed?

No. Eligibility is determined by an independent healthcare provider and your
HSA/FSA administrator.



Payment & Financing

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other options available at
checkout.



Do you offer financing?

Currently no. Eligible financing options will appear during checkout when available in the future.



Will I pay sales tax?
