Maxxus S-Line 3-Person Near-Zero EMF Full Spectrum Sauna – Pacific Cedar

Golden Designs Maxxus S-Line 3-Person Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna - Pacific Cedar is an indoor 3-person sauna built from Pacific Cedar. Its PureTech™ Near-Zero EMF Carbon Panels + Near Infrared Elements deliver full spectrum warmth and carry the manufacturer-listed Near-Zero EMF classification, along with chromotherapy lighting and a manufacturer-listed red light feature. The unit requires 120V / 20A electrical service; confirm the dedicated circuit, clearances, assembly, and delivery access before ordering.

After your order is placed, Thrive Supply will contact you to verify the shipping address, delivery access, and telephone information before releasing the sauna for shipment.

Once confirmed, the unit is prepared for curbside freight delivery. Transit time varies by destination and begins after the order is released from the warehouse. The freight carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a weekday appointment window. Delivery is limited to the curb or accessible end of the driveway and does not include placement inside the home. The customer is
responsible for having sufficient assistance to move the cartons from the delivery point.

Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may change due to
customer response time, address/access concerns, weather, transit interruptions, terminal scheduling, and carrier availability.

Returns & Cancellations

Need to make a change or cancel your order? Please contact Thrive Supply as quickly as possible.

Before submitting a Golden Designs sauna order for fulfillment, Thrive Supply will contact you to confirm your shipping address, contact information, delivery access, electrical requirements, and curbside freight-delivery details.

If you cancel before Thrive Supply has submitted the order to Golden Designs, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Once you have confirmed the order details and the order has been submitted to Golden Designs, it may enter warehouse processing quickly. At that point, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and may be subject to manufacturer, freight, rerouting, handling, or restocking charges.

Returns after shipment

Because this sauna is a large freight item ordered directly from the manufacturer, returns require prior written authorization from Thrive Supply and Golden Designs.

Please do not ship or refuse a product as a standard return without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Approved returns must generally be:

• Unused
  
• Uninstalled
  
• Unassembled, unless otherwise authorized
  
• Undamaged
  
• Complete with all parts, accessories, and documentation
  
• In the original packaging
  
• Suitable for resale
  

The customer may be responsible for return freight and any manufacturer-imposed restocking, handling, storage, or rerouting charges. We will explain any applicable charges before an approved return is arranged.

Damaged delivery

Freight damage is handled separately from a standard return. Please inspect the pallet and cartons before signing the delivery receipt.

Note visible damage on the receipt, take clear photographs, retain all packaging, and contact Thrive Supply promptly. Major visible damage should be reported before accepting the shipment. Golden Designs’ delivery materials specifically instruct customers to inspect the exterior packaging and document damage at delivery.

Warranty claims

Manufacturing defects and covered component failures are handled under the Golden Designs limited warranty rather than as ordinary returns. The manufacturer’s warranty terms, exclusions, registration requirements, and remedies apply.
